By accessing or using ECCENTRIC (“the Platform”), operated at eccentric.gg and app.eccentric.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ECCENTRIC. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including trading journal entries, community posts, and profile information. By posting content, you grant ECCENTRIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.

• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

5. Community Guidelines

ECCENTRIC is a community-driven platform. All users are expected to:

• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the Platform.

6. Trading Disclaimer

• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
• Past performance shared on the Platform does not guarantee future results.
• ECCENTRIC is not a broker, financial advisor, or registered investment firm.

7. Intellectual Property

The ECCENTRIC name, logo, design, and all original content created by the Platform are the intellectual property of ECCENTRIC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

ECCENTRIC is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECCENTRIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. การใช้งานที่ห้าม

คุณตกลงที่จะไม่:

• ใช้แพลตฟอร์มเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย
• พยายามเข้าถึงแพลตฟอร์มหรือระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

9. การยุติ

เราอาจระงับหรือยุติบัญชีของคุณตามดุลยพินิจของเราแต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยมีหรือไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า สำหรับพฤติกรรมที่เราพิจารณาว่าละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้หรือเป็นอันตรายต่อแพลตฟอร์ม ผู้ใช้อื่น หรือบุคคลที่สาม

10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
